Brian has spent the last 15 years working in manufacturing, where consistency, process, and follow-through matter. At the same time, he has always loved agriculture, growing, and the kind of hands-on work that turns care into something you can actually see.
Sustainable Roots Collective grew out of that intersection. It is a local microgreens business built around freshness, practical discipline, and the simple belief that good food should feel alive, close to home, and worth sharing.
He is also a father of two daughters, and part of what drives this work is the desire to build something rooted, honest, and full of possibility for the future.
